“My journey truly took shape with my film studies; it was there that I discovered the power of the image and where photography became a passion. Since then, I've drawn inspiration from artists like Harmony Korine, with his unique perspective on marginality, Luigi Ghirri, who masters the art of capturing the essence of places, and Wes Anderson, whose symmetry and color palette have always fascinated me. In reality, we are constantly surrounded by images, and I think my inspirations come from everywhere, often unconsciously. Whether it's through the films I watch, the books I read, the video games I play, or even the music I listen to, each element leaves its mark. It's a bit like a funnel: all these influences, whether conscious or not, blend together, and what emerges is reflected in my creations. This process, this subtle blend of everything that touches us, is what makes each work personal and unique. Photos taken with the Fujifilm X100V and the Pentax K-1000.”
